I am an out of town investor from Utah just about to close on my first duplex in KC Missouri. I have also found a deal that currently has a PM and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. The company is KC Management Solutions. What is your experience? Good or bad? Are there any other PM companies you could suggest I look at? Thank you!
