Showed a rental unit to AirBNB clone wannabees, WTF?
2 guys came to see a 1BR, and after viewing they pitch me on renting to them to re-rent short term. I told them to get lost. Not only was I pissed they didn't disclose on the phone, but they weren't even offering me a premium on asking! Not that I would have done it, but come on! They weren't even very slick, just a printed sheet with indifferent graphics explaining their "plan". I guess if they get someone to bite they have a hotel room with very low capital investment, just furniture and security.
