What is the preferred manner to advertise apts for rent? I am currently using *********** which publishes on Zillow and Craigslist but I am not getting the feedback I had anticipated. How do I reach out to a bigger audience. Any suggestions?

Hi David,

We also had a great success in our markets (Tampa Bay, FL) with Zillow and Craigslist.  Zillow rental manager lists in several different websites(Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia) making it more visible in simple google search.

However, if you have multi-family apartments (30+) it is good to have a website (SEO - Search Engine Optimized) and place advertisements through Facebook and/or Google for raising general awareness depending on the demographics of the location.

Thanks

-AJ
