"Hill" in the backyard?

I don't have a photo of this yet--I can try to take a photo tomorrow and post here on this thread.

My offer was accepted on an REO and but it has this mound/hill in the middle of the backyard. It's not gigantic, but I was wondering if this could be an issue for drainage, or turnoff to renters? It's a small, fenced backyard. This house is in a very "downscale" neigborhood, will rent between $600-$700/month.
