Fire Extinguisher Wholesaler?

Hi everyone - recently purchased several multi-family 8+ units and a commercial office space and insurance carrier says that fire extinguishers need to be installed throughout and inspected annually. Does this typically mean I need to buy an extinguisher for each tenant to have in their unit or just in common spaces (stairwell, basement storage, etc)?

On that note, do you have any recommendations on good internet wholesalers of extinguishers and who you typically use to perform these annual inspections?

@Dave Blackman For inspections, I get at least 10 calls all year about when my tags are due. I tell them all about a month in advance, and use the lowest quote to lean on my provider to match that price. They come out every year a week before expiration, know where each extinguisher is and the size and date, and either tag or change out as necessary.

For bulk purchase under 100 pcs, I'd call a fire suppression inspection company like those that inspect. As far as where you need to put them, that'd be state based and again the inspection co could help you out.

Also, since its the insurance company's requirement, why not just call up your agent and ask them for clarification?
