Renter's Warehouse in Texas

What's up BP community, I had a quick question. Has any of the Texas members of the BP community used Renter's Warehouse for their rental units? If so, what was your experience like? Was your property rented quickly, or did it sit on the market long. Were there any hidden charges that you found on your monthly bill that was not disclosed up front? What was it? 

I am looking for general feedback on this. I look forward to seeing yall's responses.
