Fix-up before, or after, city inspector comes

First timer. Should I fix up the place before or after the city inspector comes. Issue is..... if I fix up before, I’m not exactly sure what to fix. Thank you for any insight

If you don't know what to fix you are wasting money. Wait till you are told and only fix what is necessary. This is basic business for th einspector and part of doing our business. You are not going to impress him by doing work in advance.
