Looking for thoughts on one stop shop - screening and payments
We have one property, looking for reccomendations for a one stop shop- tenant screening, ( background and credit ) application, lease, payments collection. We have looked at tenant cloud, lease runner, cozy. Cozy tenant screening does not seem very deep, but we like thier other aspects. ( This is our first property)
