Quarterly Inspection Letter

Hi everyone, this is my first posting on BiggerPockets.

I am meeting with my tenants (they just moved into the property in January) on Monday, for our first quarterly walkthrough of my property. I want to write up a letter thanking them for being tenants with me, and also hopefully giving them some additional info or something like that. My wife and I are real estate agents, and we're always looking to connect with people and hopefully someday help them, their friends, or their family when they want to buy or sell a home. What types of things would you put into a letter like this? Market information, home/yard/HVAC maintenance tips, local events, or something I haven't thought of yet?

Note: I plan to utilize Tim Shiner's strategy of including "Buy from Me, and Tear up Your Lease for Free" somewhere in the letter.

Thanks, y'all!

Hi @Zack Aguilera,

I think you're overthinking this. Establishing a personal relationship with them is most important. They're stuck with you for the next 9 months, and this strategy guarantees you to be in front of them 2-3 more times this year. Use these opportunities to get them to trust you, show your value, and develop that relationship. Just giving them a letter with tips on things is something they see on the lifehacking page on facebook everyday.

Good luck, rooting for you.
