CRM for Tenant Placement
I am wondering if any Tenant Placement Companies are using a CRM to organize the process of marketing for tenants and screening applicants. I have searched for a CRM that is already customized for Tenant Placement but did not come up with any. I am thinking about customizing my own CRM. I place about 40 Tenants per year and need to make this a smoother process.
