Home inspection and recommendation and tenant contact advise

Hello BP team. This is a weird story and don't want to go into details. I have a house in Jacksonville that was previously managed by a PM team who is going out of business. As such, I don't have any contact info for who is in my rental. Any advise on how to make this contact. Can I pay someone to make this contact? I would also like to have the house inspected in the near future as well. I am open to self managing this home to start out with. I know I can fly to Jacksonville but would like to avoid this if possible. Thanks for the advise

P.S. if the self managing does not work out, any Jacksonville property management recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Dan

@Dan Mitchell If I didn't know who was in my house and my PM was out of business, I would be on a plane out there to get the situation under control. I wouldn't be thinking about self managing and paying someone to make contact with the tenant. Just because your PM is going out of business, they should still be able to provide you with copies of the lease and any tenant screening that was done. Where is the tenants deposit? Has the PM turned that over?
