Short Term Rental Property Manager Reviews in Nashville, TN
Does anyone have any positive/negative experience with short term rental property management companies in Nashville? I have had my property listed with Turnkey for almost 2 years now, and have been very satisfied with their service. However, I received an email from them today stating that they are changing their rates from 18% of the rental rate to 23%--That's a 5% jump! I think its really high, and obviously it eats directly into my profits. I would love to get any feedback and/or information regarding other companies in Nashville if anyone has had any experience with them. Thanks so much!
