Conversion to subsidized senior apartments
I am in the process of buying a 12 unit apartment, 11- 1/1, 1 - 2/1. At this point there are some vacancies and the rents need to be increased some. I would be interested in changing this into a subsidized seniors apartments, or special needs apartments. Does anyone have words of wisdom or experience in doing this?
