Cash out refinance on a rental.... With a partner
hey guys, I am looking for any opinions or past experiences with cash out refinancing on a rental property. Senerio: I own a double with a partner that is "technically" paid off with no recorded mortgage. I want to pull equity out of the rental and use the cash to put down on another. The catch: my partner just sabotaged his credit and is self employed. Is it possible for me to be able to pull any funds out of this property?
