Help in analyzing rental comps
I am looking at putting an offer on 2543 autumn springs ln spring tx 77373. I was given the comps in the screenshot below. I am worried about the gap of $1050-$1600/month. I need to make at least $1250 to make this work. What are the chances of me making $1250 from this?

Use hotpads, craigslist, and rentometer... that should get your pretty close. Also, that house looks like it needs a fair amount of work to get rent ready...
