Looking for Reliable Contractor & Property Manager in Baltimore

I am looking for a reliable and fair contractor who specializes in rehabs in the Baltimore Area. I am also looking for the same qualities in Property Manager. If anyone has any suggestions it would be most appreciated.

I believe @Ned Carey had a great post about property managers in the area (some who are also contractors). I can't find it right now but definitely the best thing I've read on the subject. Maybe if he sees this he can link it for you!
