Looking for Dallas Attorney to Write Rental Contract
Hi,
I am leasing my first property next month. I have the Texas Residential Lease Agreement but I dont think it covers everything. I want to make sure I am protected. Does anyone know an attorney in Dallas who does this? Thanks!

@Ashley Brown What specific areas does the TAR contract not cover for you? Most landlords/tenants use it as it is pretty thorough. Obviously, no contract covers 100% of all situations.
I wouldn't waste money if these are only leases for SFRs with nothing peculiar about the deal.
