Looking For Appliance Repair Guy

Evening All, 

I am looking for an appliance repair guy that can help us with our western and north western Chicago suburb property management appliance maintenance.  Looking for a guy that is a one or two man show with little overhead that passes that thru in pricing.  Maybe eve a guy that carries used appliances for swapping out.  We have a few larger appliance vendors but they are expensive for minor appliance issues like seals, handles, and timers.  Anyone that can share their guy I promise only to use him sometimes.
