Hello,

I am looking for a new property manager for my 2 Kansas City SFH rentals. I know this is a bit of a redundant question, but does anyone have any recommendations and does anyone have experience with Scudo?

Thank you

    Hey Gregory,

I'm in the Kansas City Area and looking to partner up with someone to start getting into the investing game. I have some real estate sales experience, and I'm an architectural designer by training. I'd be interested in talking to you more about your "boots on the ground" person here in KC.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

May I ask which property management to stay away from just Incase I go that route? Since obliviously you aren’t satisfied with the current one
