Looking for Rental Home Owners in Michigan

Hi Everyone, I think current Home Rental Investors in Michigan can give me some advice from their experience.

We are evaluating the possibility of investing in Michigan and need to know if the activity of Renting Family Homes (for a year or more to the same tenant) in Michigan is subject to Michigan Business Tax or Michigan Use tax?
