Hello yes how bad does applying for mortgages effect credit score because apparently i have applied for a loan on a house 6 months ago..and it fell trough and then my realtor wants me to apply with a diffrent lender since the conventional loan fell trough.. then i just applied for a home equity loan when i wanted cash out refinance loan and they sent me wrong application and i already filed it and credit score went down and now i must resubmit another application again..and loose credit score again

If you apply for a mortgage I believe that you have a 30 day period where you can apply to multiple mortgages where it would only count as one inquiry. Double check me on that but I believe that is the case.
