Buying a single family property with tenants renting rooms
So I’m ready to submit an offer on a single family home using a 3% down loan. The issue is that there are currently 4 tenants renting bedrooms individually. I’m not sure if this is legal but my agent is telling me that 3 tenants would like to stay. How could I make this work since I’m using an owner occupied loan?
