Convenience fee for a MTM Lease San Joe, CA
Does a landlord in San Jose, CA have the right to charge a fee if I choose to remain living at the property on a Month to Month basis? I just completed a one year lease and was offered the option to sign another lease from 9-12 months but I don't want to do so. There is an increase of 5% if I stay MTM but can they charge me a fee on top of that?
