Hello,

I am seeking advice from my fellow Bigger Pockets members in North Carolina(Tried Area). I would like to know what are the most effective marketing strategies to get great tenants? What websites/Listing services are most used to search for a place to live? Where should I be placing my ads other than Craigslist? I welcome your suggestions and look forward to your responses.
