Advice on Rental Options

Hey All, We are novice investors who have flipped 2 houses but want to get into rentals. We just bought a new home to live in. Our original plan was to keep it as a rental. We have approximately 120k in equity in the home. It would cash flow around 5-600 per month. Would you all recommend keeping the property as our first rental or selling the property and reinvesting the 120k in numerous properties? I think reinvesting the 120k is the smart option. We live in Columbus, OH and would likely invest here. We just aren't real confident on where to invest it. We plan to go to some local meetings soon to meet up with fellow local investors. In the meantime, I wanted to see if there was a consensus on which route is best. Thanks!!
