Can you evaluate this rental property
guys - on paper this property in MA doesn't look like it's got a good cash flow - this is only for a single year but the last 5 years have looked similar. What do you folks think? One thing I'm unclear about is how to treat depreciation - should I take it out of expenses when making my calculation
