Corporate Long Term Rental. Does anyone have experience?
Hello! I am interested in learning more about how to set up apartments for long term corporate rentals.
1. How do you find apartments that are willing to corporate with terms?
2. Where/how do you get the corporate clients?
3. What advice can you give to a complete newbie? 😉
4. Is there anyone in the Austin, TX area doing this? If so, I would love to pick your brain.
I am willing to volunteer to help with office work, Marketing, etc to learn more about this business model.
