How to advertise Rentals for Section 8 Tenants?

Go to the local housing authority - Housing Authority of Pompano Beach - and learn as much as you can. Build good rapport with the people who work there to establish and maintain a good working relationship.

Advertise on Go Section 8

Renting to tenants with Section 8 program vouchers can be easy and profitable, depending on the efficiency of the housing authority that administers the program in your area.

Your local housing authority likely has a list (whether physical or online) of the available Section 8 apartments and homes and you can be added to that list. If for some reason they don't have this, tell them to do it!

And of course, you can also post in your online rental ad (Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads, etc.) "Section 8 accepted".

Hey @Shimon David

Welcome to BP! I typically see listings on Zillow, Trulia, MLS, etc that mention whether owner is accepting Section 8. Hope this alongside what has already been mentioned is of some assistance.

In case you are local, we have a monthly meetup here in Miami often joined by Broward members.

Happy investing!

@Gabe Amedee where is the meetup? I went to a couple of BREIAs las year, really informative. And  I also attended one in a bar in Little Havanna but in that one we were only 4/5 people and the bar was really noisy. Please let me know if there is a new group! Thank you
