Agentless Showings - Recommendation

In today's world of technology, more and more companies are getting away from physical leasing agents showing rentals. There are definitely pros and cons to going agnetless, but I am curious if anyone has crossed over into this world. Our company has about 1,800 rentals with about 40-60 rentals on market at a given time. We currently have 4 leasing reps who accompany prospects at each showing, but are curious about going agentless. Anyone out there have any feedback or suggestions on how to go about this? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

We recently switched to Tenant Turner. Them and Show-Mojo seem to be the ones that come up a lot. We tried show-mojo and did not have much success. It is a bit of a hybrid of both. We have spoken to many PM company friends in NARPM and they seem to be happy with Tenant Turner. We will need to test and measure this for at-least a quarter to see the results. The finance numbers are amazing and the ability to get tenants into the properties seems to be very logical. But again we are a new client of theirs so I can not give definitive information as of yet.
