What to look for with property management companies

I have 9 rental properties, working on number 10. Thinking its about time to find a management company. What are specific questions I should ask when looking for a good company? Things to watch out for or be aware of would also be appreciated.  

Properties and located in the Sarasota/Bradenton areas in Florida.
