Lease for roommate tennant's

I purchased my first property this past Friday. It's a 3/2/2. I'm planning on renting out two of the rooms. I'm not sure if I should have roommates sign a lease since this a not a traditional rental. Does anyone have experience renting this way? What do you advise?
