What to do with a nasty pool?
I am considering purchasing a SFR with a pool in the back yard that needs some TLC. Has anyone had this happen before and could offer some insight as to costs to fill it, risks with tenants if I dont, etc. Any and all advice is welcome. TIA

@Caleb Clay, I don't know the Lexington market, but my experience with pools in a market where they are not common is it's better to fill them in than keep them. I bought a house with a pool in Illinois once. I never used the pool, had to keep it clean anyway, winterize it, etc.
Took extra time to sell because of the pool. If I had filled it in or poured over it, I would have had an easier time selling.
