Lead Management and feedback system
I am in search for a lead management system that will allow me to send out feedback to tenants following showings. The goal is to have a platform that I can funnel all leads into and notify via text or mass email open house dates, changes in listings and solicit feedback after showings. I manage around 40 properties some of my own and some for clients. I would like the feedback component so I know if a lead is still interested or needs to be discarded from future contact as well as so I can update owners on progress. I currently use top producer to track leads and showing time service for feedback. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
