How do i get a loan without a job?

Ok well i do not like working at a job longer than 3months and have had at least 30 diffrent jobs and im 26 and applying for a mortgage without employment is difficult.. So is there ""ANY" type of loan where i could somehow put up a house as collateral because i own 5 homes 3 rented and 2 im still rehabbing i can pay the loan just having a hard time getting approved.with showing proof of 2 year job history  and i know no one who can co-sighn. for me

Residential: no (at least not the vanilla “quicken loans” type stuff)

Commercial: yes. I haven’t had a “job” in a decade. Loans are fine if you can sell a bank on yourself and your property. 

But dude, you gotta look into the issue of why you can’t stick with a job. That’s a bad sign. I only had three real jobs in my life (retail, restaurant, and sales) before doing my own thing. But working teaches you things that are valuable when you work for yourself.
