what recourse does a landlord have if there is evidence of a child being abused on the property?

This is why agencies like CYS exist to investigate further . By law they will open a case . Call the police if you think a kid is being abused . Even if your wrong it would be better than assume it’s okay when a child’s welfare is at risk .
