House Hacking-How to find good roommates?
Hey y'all! I'm looking to purchase my first investment property and will be putting in an offer on a great house within the week. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a growing area within 20 minutes from 3 major towns/cities. My goal is to house hack and live in the master suite and rent out the other two bedrooms. What platforms have people used to find good roommates? Also, how has anyone else who has done this figured out how to price rent for 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in a shared house? Any and all advice (even if it doesn't specifically answer my questions) from fellow house hackers would be appreciated!
