Managing Vacation Rental for Other

I am helping my boyfriend to rent out his property for vacation rental. I listed the property on Airbnb, VRBO and booking.com under his name. I contact and arrange cleaner and handyman for the rental purposes. I also communicate with all the guests about their renting through the renting platform. We both agree that we will share 50% of the profit for helping him to manage all the tasks related to his property rental.

1. Since, I have no ownership of his property, I wonder if I should issue him invoice as an individual or a company?

2. How would this invoice be reflected on his Schedule E?
