What do you charge for Move in costs (1st/last/security)
Kinda need some support or a reality check for my expectations.
Ok so I’ve been trying to rent one of my units and I keep bumping up against people that can’t pay first month last month and security deposit to be able to move in. Am I asking too much for a C type neighborhood where the rent is $700 to $800 a month or do I just stick it out and wait until someone comes along that has the ability to pay all first last and security deposit.
