Insurance coverage on rental portfolio
I'm updating the insurance for my portfolio. My current carrier insures a replacement cost value of $70/sq. ft. I can increase or decrease that number based on what the cost to rebuild properties in my area. I feel that's pretty close for the types of properties that I have. Does anyone else have insight on what policies they recommend?
