18JAN19 apx 1600hrs I became a house hacker/investor. I used the VA to get a 3 unit property in New Castle Delaware. I will be living in one unit as an owner/occupant. I'm looking for PM to get in on the ground floor and help me systemize and streamline managing this property because there will be more. Any help with finding a solid PM will be appreciated. Thank You!
