Section 8 in Connecticut
Hello Community. I have a duplex in Stamford, CT financed with FHA owner occupied loan and currently listed 2nd floor for rent. I have above market rent offer from section 8 potential tenant, I'm debating either to consider the offer or not.
Curious to hear your recommendations and prior experience with section 8 in CT or other states.?
