How to change commercial property into residential zones property

Hey there,

I was wondering is it difficult to have a property that is zoned as commercial property re-zoned for residential property. Long story short, I think I found a gem but it’s considered commercial property and I think it would be really great to change it to an apartment complex and rent out. But I’m sure the property will need to be re-zones in order for construction to take place. Not sure the steps on that - any insight out there, please share :)

Thanks!

Milan
