BRRRR -vs- Traditional 20% down, buy-hold-rent with 15+% coc-roi
I was investigating buying a house to rehab. I found a great bargain and was was thinking about going the BRRRR rout but WOW!!! I have to be honest and say that scares the sh&^#@!!#t out of me. I DO see the benefit of getting all of my equity out, but re-investing all the equity makes my stomach drop. Am I just faint of heart?

@Donald Timmons A BRRRR is probably the least risky real estate investment strategy, since you end up with $0 out of pocket and at least 20% equity in each property.
