A RUBS provider recommendation?

Hi BP friends:

I was just introduced to the system of RUBS for residential utilities billing.  It's a very intriguing idea as I am a landlord paying all the utilities for my duplex in Los Angeles.  Can anyone recommend a RUBS billing company that you have had good working experience with?
