Hello BP forum I am currently living at home with my parents in Massachussetts.  but not for much longer... I bought a 3 family house and my time is starting to run thin for getting everything figured out. I'm closing in 3 weeks. What kinds of things are included in a good lease and where should I get one that is tailored for Massachusetts
