Question For Buy and hold investors in Las Vegas

Just wondering if you have rental properties in Las Vegas How many of you rent to Section 8 and what are the pro's and Con's? Also If you only rent certain properties to them do you rent any of your nicer properties? Just wondering its seems like no one in Vegas does and I'm trying to figure out why not. Enlighten me please! Also why does it seem like everything even rentals go through realtors here?
