Depends entirely on the tenant pool the property attracts and a host of other factors.
If you have an A class town-home or SFR in San Francisco or DC you could go as high as 800 if you wanted.
D Class 3 flat in Chicago- 500+ or maybe all you care is that someone has a credit score.
Credit score isn't the end all and be all of tenant screening. After all, 57% of Americas have above a 700.
