When do you start advertising a rental property?

I am closing on my first rental in a week and a half. We need to do about 15K in rehab to have it ready to rent. Do I start advertising it for rent 30 days our from being completed, or when the property is done and ready to rent? Thanks for the help! Any other advice that I need to consider would be welcome!

I do the trash out first and then put a sign in the yard during rehab. I put a sign in the window with all the things i am doing to upgrade the property and i also give all the neighbors a flyer titled “Choose Your Neighbor” in case they know someone looking for a home in the area.
