Capital Expense Budget for Single Family Rental????
Hey y'all, wondering what percentage to budget for capex on a 3000 SF, 4/2 that's been completely renovated over the years (not expecting any huge projects to come up). I was thinking anywhere between 5-10% of gross, but wanted some feedback. Let me know!
