Probate is over. Roommate won't leave . Eviction
Father passed away a year ago and had roommates with no lease agreement. Judge did a short probate and house is now in my name. Utilities at the property are still in deceased father's name. I made the mistake of excepting cash from roommates on the verbal agreement they told me they had with my father. I have been paying all the bills partially with the money they give (doesn't even cover utilities let alone rent). One roommate is in the house. 2 are on the property in RVs which is not allowed where he lives. And one man is in a shed. She'd man moved in after the death. Anyways I gave them written 60 day notice that they all signed. 60 days are up and no one has moved. I'm in CA. Where do I even go from here?
